Niall began his career in PwC Dublin, where he trained in financial services audit and qualified as a chartered accountant, in 2009. His post qualification finance experience includes; a role as a credit analyst with a large financial institution and a financial reporting role within the investment management industry. Niall went on to spend seven years in finance recruitment with FK International before co-founding Darwin Hawkins in 2018.
Mark began his career at Deloitte in Dublin, where he trained in financial services audit and qualified as a chartered accountant, in 2011. Post qualification he spent almost four years in the portfolio and relationship management area of a large financial institution in the banking sector. Mark then moved to FK International, where he discovered his passion for financial recruitment. Three years later Mark co-founded Darwin Hawkins in 2018.
James Caan is one of the UK’s most successful entrepreneurs. He made a global success of his recruitment companies, Alexander Mann and Humana International. In 2004, he founded private equity firm Hamilton Bradshaw which now has a portfolio of 30+ businesses. He is well known for joining the hit BBC show – Dragons’ Den, and The Business Class on CNBC. A passionate supporter of small businesses, James chaired the government’s Start-Up Loans scheme and now invests in and mentors Recruitment Entrepreneur businesses.

After this Ronan launched his own accountancy practice, RCS Financial Services which focused on accountancy, tax and business advisory for small businesses and private individuals. Ronan transitioned to the recruitment industry to join Darwin Hawkins in 2020.

Andrew began his career in recruitment in Dublin in 2013 with a boutique recruitment consultancy focusing on multilingual recruitment and then transitioned into financial recruitment. He has worked within the funds & asset management recruitment space for over 4 years with both large and niche recruitment firms and he has over 7 years combined financial services recruitment experience covering local and international roles. In 2016, he has also worked in Talent Acquisition for a Leading Asset Manager and focused predominantly on front office, middle office and back-office recruitment. He is well placed to source and service any financial recruitment role within the funds, front office investment management and global hedge funds space across EMEA, Asia & USA.

Lisa transitioned to the recruitment industry to join Darwin Hawkins in March 2022.
With a background in Generalist HR, Lucy has 10+ years’ recruitment experience in both an agency and inhouse environment. Having a varied industry background including Pharma, Government, Digital Marketing and Insurance, she spent most of her career in Banking, Finance and Accountancy and is now enjoying a recruitment support role at Darwin Hawkins.
Small practice experienced accountant previously working with SME's and Sole Traders, preparing accounts and various tax returns. Post practice experience in Cornmarket as a Tax Agent. Transitioned to recruitment joining Darwin Hawkins in August 2022.
